Queen Scuba
The MV Queen Scuba is definitely the liveaboard for you if you like bigger and better. Completed in 2003, she was designed to to be one of the largest and most comfortable steel-hulled liveaboard diving vessels cruising the Indonesian and Thai waters.
At 28 meters (92ft.) long and 6.5 meters (20 ft.) wide she accommodates a maximum of 21 guests in nine air conditioned, en-suite cabins. She has one master cabin, and five “VIP” or deluxe cabins which are extremely well appointed and offer double / twin bed accommodation for couples or singles. There are also three cabins with single beds on the lower deck; one of them is for two people, one is for three people, and one is for four people.
The cabins are priced according to comfort level and size. Queen Scuba has several cabin types – Standard bunk (on the lower deck), VIP and Master. All cabins have private bathrooms with hot water, and are all air-conditioned. There is one twin, one triple and one quad bunk cabin. 3 of the VIP cabins are double bed, making this a great boat for couples – many Similan liveaboards have only twin beds. The other 2 VIP cabins are twin bed. The queen size Master cabin is one of the largest on any liveaboard. The Master and VIP cabins are on the main deck, with ocean view windows. The Master cabin includes private TV and DVD. The Queen Scuba is an exceptional liveaboard for couples or divers traveling in large groups.
